About
We’re a Portland-based sewing machine repair service run by an experienced technician who works on every kind of machine — vintage all-metal classics, modern computerized models, sergers, and everything in between. Sewing machines are built to last, and most of the time a machine that’s “dead” just needs someone who knows what they’re looking at. Our job is to be that person for people all over the Portland metro.
How we work
- Honest assessments first. Every machine gets a free diagnosis, and you’ll always know what’s wrong and what it costs before any work begins. If a machine isn’t worth fixing, we’ll tell you.
- Every make and model. Singer, Pfaff, Juki, Brother, Janome, Kenmore, Viking/Husqvarna, and more — mechanical and computerized alike.
- Real turnaround. Most repairs are done in 3–5 days, not the weeks-long waits common elsewhere.
- A genuine vintage specialty. Restoring and repairing collectible and antique machines is a passion, not an afterthought.
Why people trust us with their machines
A sewing machine is often more than a tool — it’s the one your grandmother used, the one you learned on, the one you rely on for your work. We treat every machine that comes in with that in mind: careful hands, straight answers, and the goal of getting it sewing beautifully again. Whether it’s a $99 starter machine with a jam or a family Featherweight that hasn’t run in decades, it gets the same honest attention.
[Optional: add a sentence or two here in your own voice — your name, how long you’ve been fixing machines, what got you into it. A personal note here builds real trust.]
